Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
river views breakfast options spacious room faulty air conditioning dirty pool old hotel
the river views were lovely. it provided a picturesque backdrop to my stay. the breakfast had a good range of options, i found it satisfying. my room had a king size bed and a large couch, this was quite spacious.
the air conditioning didn't work properly, it made sleeping difficult. the pool was dirty on occasions, this impacted my experience. the hotel seemed a bit old, this seemed like it needed attention.

mediocre stay with MINOR issues
outdated spa cold corridors
the spa experience was a significant letdown. it felt outdated and overcrowded. Also the corridors to reach the rooms from the spa were cold. This lack of comfort was disappointing.

fine view free parking spacious room
the pool had a fine view! the parking was free, this was a really good bonus! the room was big and spacious and i really like it. breakfast was really good too!
i think that the gym is small for a hotel like this. the equipment is outdated.

the room included river views. decorations were well done. the room felt spacious and i liked how much space there was to move around and settle in.

the breakfast buffet included many options. dinner at the restaurant was a real treat. the food tasted exquisite. the restaurant had lovely views, i think this.

the hotel offered very nice views of douro river. the location offered easy access to local attractions. it was super convenient to explore the region. i enjoyed the nearby views from the hotel.

the infinity pool included insane views. the pool area was clean! parking was very accessible, especially with a sports car. the spa offered great experiences to guests, i had a very relaxing time.

The hotel felt old. The inside and outside pools were dirty. There was even visible mold in the pool, and that was unacceptable!!!

Nice Stay with Fantastic Views
coffee machine infinity pool buffet selection
The room provided was a Double Room River View. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and minibar (very practical). The rooftop bar and the infinity pool were especially fine. The breakfast offered a fantastic buffet selection.
The WiFi connection was somewhat limited, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel boasts an amazing location with a serene setting. It is slightly removed from busier areas was nice. The views from the hotel are amazing and lovely.

The staff members were kind, smiley, and attentive. (Special thanks to Diogo for the wine insights!) Their friendliness and helpfulness enhanced the overall quality of the stay. The service provided was efficient and prompt.

The hotel has three swimming pools and a beautiful balcony. The spa provided a relaxing atmosphere for wellness treatments. The facilities available greatly contributed to a comfortable and convenient visit.
